And as for India mattering in todays world order...well only if the rest of the world needs to outsource a Call Centre. 90% of your impoverished population cant even count on having a job the next day. Of the 10%..well 40% of them are in the railway sector. Even Masters degree holders apply to knock railway spikes in. Serious. 1.1 billion noobs on a land mass a third of China's size.
